What’s with all these awards? They’re always giving out awards. Best Fascist Dictator: Adolf Hitler.

awards are rather strange, huh? best worst idea? awards.

annie c 28 January 2008, 00:55

i miss the kind of awards they gave out at camp when i was a kid… best nerd dance. largest s’more. most creative use of a liquorish whip… you’d win most creative use of a mannequin’s arm. hands down.

Best worst idea: writers’ strike. (btw, I still voted for you – twice.)

Dear Annie,

You are the most beautiful human being god has ever created. (if there is a god, you are her) Please forget about John and marry me. Hearing and seeing you play is like the sun on my aching heart, made of nothing but very feeble ice. What do I have to do for a lil’ smooch? See you in SF…

Hey dear, recently bought your Marry Me album, and I love it and you!
Do you know what time your show will be at the Cedar Cultural center in MN??

Chris 8 February 2008, 07:22

Hmm… between Cambridge and Coachella, there’s time to stop by SXSW. Hint hint.

andreslucero 9 February 2008, 23:08

Do you think you’ll perform in Montreal? We have a pretty good little music scene here at the moment.

Dear, you may need to convert that mannequin arm into an ice scraper for your tour. Stay safe.

Alvy Singer 12 February 2008, 16:52

So mad I missed your LA show this last weekend! Parents were in town and had a concert of my own.
Love the album, you, and your guitars…….want to work with you.
that’s all. Come back to So. Cal! and where are you from? Texas? I read somewhere Oklahoma….
travelling mercies!

Afton 19 February 2008, 03:57

It’s okay that you have to wear your guitar high like a Prog rocker. We still love you. Hope to see you again soon! -JW

Annie- You came to Utah on the evening of my brother’s wedding so I couldn’t make the show. I was so disappointed as I’m sure next time you come around you’ll be singing in stadiums.
