Movies.

  • Some good, some just plain entertaining, here’s a list of what I’ve been enjoying this winter:

    A Separation
    Martha Marcy May Marlene
    My Week with Marilyn
We Need to Talk About Kevin (a warning: do NOT expect to be able to eat Goobers & popcorn while watching this)

I haven’t seen any of these. Seaing how it’s winter and all, which one of these is the least depressing? smile

wow, all of these sound great - I’ve never heard of them, I love discovering new, well done movies to watch.

Also, in a similar vein, you should check out Melancholia by Von Trier and Tree of Life by Terrence Malick.

If ever in search of a powerful, albeit dubious (in terms of what leaves you with) movie, watch the Sunset Limited..talk about the literal “How can Monday be alright, then on Tuesday lose my mind” type of thing. smile
